To help us achieve this we have a system of clearly defined guidelines, and we continuously monitor our work to ensure compliance. Strict adherence with customer specifications for shipment times and temperatures, and the legal requirements of the relevant national and European regulations, are the focus of ShuttleBridge’s quality management system. In addition, our skilled personnel receive regular training in proper handling of sensitive foodstuffs and have the right technical equipment to do the job.
ShuttleBridge’s quality control and documentation procedures include:
- Uninterrupted information flow for individual packages during the entire shipment process
- Traceability of the flow of goods – Regulation (EC) 178/2002
- The system of controls in accordance with HACCP
- Continuous verification of the refrigeration chain (temperature recording) – Regulation (EC) 852/2004 ff.
- DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate
- IFS Logistic certificate (higher level)
- Organic certification (storage of organic products – Regulation (EEC) 2092/91)
